Valentines week fun!!

This is going to be a long post with lots of pics!
We started the week off by taking the kids to get their hair cut at Cookie Cutters. This was Coopers first official haircut. He did not like it one bit! He would not stop crying. Pretty silly guy. But looks so handsome when done. Cayman had about 3 inches cut off and we are trying to grow out her bangs.
This Valentines day I made pink, chocolate chip heart pancakes, eggs, red strawberries, and Strawberry milk. Yummy!! Here they are eating their yummy breakfast! I did Caymans hair in hearts too! The kids opened up a little gift for Valentines day and then Cory brought me roses and Cayman carnations. Very sweet!
We had Papa Murphys heart shaped Pizza for dinner and if you look closely, you can tell I cut out hearts from the pepperoni's. Very cute! We rented Ramona and Beezus and watched it as a family. It was a fun day of red and pink and being with the ones we loved!! We left for St.George the next morning and we had a great time there during the week. We climbed Dixie rock,

went to Snow Canyon and hiked around the white rocks.

We like to be outside in the warm weather. I took the kids swimming outside the next day and although it was windy, the water was great! The kids loved swimming!!
Here is Cayman eating in bed like a princess.. We drove to Grafton one afternoon and went to an old Ghost town.

Part of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance kid was filmed here. It was pretty interesting. Cayman wanted no part of seeing this place, as it had ghosts. She wouldn't listen to us and we kept telling her that was just the name of the place because it was old. She stayed in the car when we got to the cemetery. It was very neat and sad to see these headstones. Very little kids, babies, families. It is crazy that you can see the bump of dirt where the bodies are buried. Kind of creepy.

That night we went mini golfing and the kids just had a blast hitting balls everywhere.

The next day we went to our most favorite park, Hidden Valley Park. It is most fun!!

We went to the Jacob Hamblin house.

It was fun to see such an old home and the story behind it. You can read it here. Cayman got to pick some cotton as that is what they grew back then in their yard. She thought that was fun!
In the hotel room Cooper was enjoying popcorn and thought it was great! After our very fun trip to St. George, we came back to our home. That night Cory took Cayman on a date to the U of U gymnastic competition. Here are some pre-pics...

And some at the match!

Cayman loved it!! She was yelling really loud and cheering with all her heart! She had a great time! That night for bed, I told her to have good dreams and dream about being a gymnast. She said no, I don't want to be a gymnast. I said"what do you want to be then? " Cayman says "no one, Just me!" Good answer! That about sums it up for our very fun and tiring week!!
