March Madness(not basketball)

Wow, I haven't updated the blog for some time. I feel like these last weeks have been so slow and then I realize that we have actually done a lot of fun things. So here goes...Cj and Jackie got Cooper a surprise the other day, and the got him a buzz jet pack. It is so cute. It lights up, comes with gloves and a purple hat. He loves it. This was the best picture I could get of it.
Cooper was being helpful and trying to do a little handy work on his bike. He was very into it.

We have had some very nice days this month so we have spent lots of time outside. We love the park and love being able to get out of the house. We can't wait for summer to come.

Caymans hair was in braids the day before and when she took them out, she had crazy curls all over. So cute.

Cayman went to work with me one night and we had some excitement that one of our fire sprinklers went off and to fix it, they had to shut off the water. The firefighters evacuated the building and Cayman got her picture next to the truck.

The beginning of March we went to Disney on Ice: Toy Story 3.
Cooper loves Buzz and Woody and Cayman loves Jessie, so we knew this would be a big hit. We also invited Grandma Connie to go with us. We had a fun time at the show and the kids dressed up. Cooper as Buzz and Cayman as Jessie. It was lots of fun. The kids had a blast.

Cayman had a sleep over with Aunt Alli while Uncle Paul was out camping. She loves to go to her Aunts. They went to Mcdonalds, the movie The Lorax, and then they played dress up. Here are some pics..

The family came down this weekend to play so on Friday night we went to Chuck e Cheese. The guys loved it almost more than the kids. They were going crazy with tokens and playing games. It was a lot of fun.

The next morning we got up and went to the Colors Festival. It is a Hindu holiday and it is so fun. You buy chalk and celebrate by throwing it on people. It is great fun. They kids loved it. You get really messy so don't wear good clothes. Enjoy the pics!!

After the festival we went to a BBQ place for lunch and then came home and washed up. We went down to see the new City creek and we let the kids play in the fountains. It is really nice but so crowded. We will have to try another day later in the month when the hype calms down.
We had a great weekend and are so glad our family came to visit.
Cayman starts Soccer this week so we will have games to go to and July gets Lasik on Thursday. No more contacts or glasses!! Yipee. Stay tuned....
