West Fest and more!

Cory's sister Candice had her baby last weekend so we went to Orem to see her.  They named the baby girl Brinley and she is so cute. We all had to give her loves.

The next couple days our house had a flu bug. Cooper woke up Monday morning saying his tummy hurt and then he proceeded to barf all over my comforter. Yuck! I had to hurry and do some wash and then cuddle this little guy. He wasn't too bad but he sure didn't feel good. He puked only 3 times that whole day and pretty much wanted to play and not lay down.
Cayman got it on Tuesday and after about 12 times of puking I took her into the doctor where they took her urine sample and heart rate to see if she was dehydrated. Her heart rate wasn't high but her urine was dehydrated. They decided to send home some medicine to help her stop throwing up and the effects were immediate. She felt better super fast. No more throw up the rest of the night or next day.  Finally on Thursday the household was feeling great.
We decided to put up our new tent in the backyard and camp in it. It was a fun night but only Cayman and I slept outside. It got kind of chilly but we endured it.
Friday was cousin Cohens birthday and so we went to Classic Skating in Orem to celebrate.
The kids had a lot of fun riding their scooters around the rink with the music and lights.

Kenzley was amazingly fast and good. Her little legs kept a pumping on the scooter and she was zooming.

The next day was West Fest in West Valley with Grandma Connie.  She got us some carnival passes and we were able to once again let the kids ride some rides. They had so much fun with cousin Jackson. We are glad he spent a little time with us on the rides.

We had a great fun filled weekend and this next week we are going camping so I will blog more then.

Water, Boondocks, and zoo

We had a ward BBQ the other weekend and it was a lot of fun. They hooked up a huge slip n slide for the kids and ours sure loved it! Cooper wouldn't come out! He was having a blast!

That Monday we went to Boondocks and let the kids have fun with mini golf, bowling, and the arcades. It was a great night!

I love Cooper tongue and concentration on this hole.

I bought a cake from our favorite TV show Cake Boss. It was at Smiths and I thought it would be nice to have for Fathers Day. It was good but not fabulous.

Later in the week I got to go as a helper on Cayman's field trip to the zoo. We had a great time and I was in charge of 5 kids.  Here is Parker, Carson, Cayman, Emily and Thomas. We had so much fun!
