More July fun!

We have had some great thunderstorms the last few weeks. They usually happen in the late afternoon and the evening. We have used them to our advantage with the kids dancing and playing in the rain.

The splash pad got completely clogged with the rain and made a little pool.
Cayman has been taking swim lessons at my work and has been doing a great job. She is a really great swimmer. Cooper wasn't very happy about taking lessons so I had to take him out. He is actually swimming very well for a 3 year old and we go quite a bit at our clubhouse so that both the kids get good practice.

Last week for FHE we went to the Church museum with our neighbors. The kids a great time looking at all the exhibits.
Cooper may be the next prophet you never know!
 Future Relief Society leader.
 Cayman and her friend Avery.
 Building!
 Fishing!
Cory lifting the gold plates that weigh like 60 lbs. I tried to lift those and I hurt for a few days after. Probably not the smartest thing to do after a hysterectomy.
Cooper was trapped in his fort.
 Setting the table for dinner.
 Cute Friends!
Our gang..Cooper, Gage, Eli, Cayman, Avery, and Noah.
We then took a tour of the Conference center.
Cayman loved this room. It is so big and beautiful.
We have had a few fun days at the splash pad. It is always so busy there but we try to go when we can.

A face pulling Cooper at Caymans swim lesson. Got to stay occupied.
A great lightning storm the other night and I actually caught some on my iphone!

 Watching the storms come in!
 More silly faces.
 Cooper getting his hair buzzed!

We sure have been busy!

4th of July fun!

The month of July started off with my 36th birthday. Cory took me to dinner and then we came home and had cake. It was an Icecream cake from DQ and my favorite!  Alli and Paul came to celebrate and so did Connie.
We went up to EAglewood the next day for the fireworks with our neighbors and had a really fun time. We had snocones, treats, played frisbee and visited.

All the kids with their glow sticks.
 The firework show was amazing!

The next morning we got up and went the West Bountiful parade with our friends the Huggards. It was fun and the kids got a ton of candy!

That evening we did some smoke balls and fireworks in our neighborhood with some great friends!

Our neighbors the Christiansens made a dry ice bucket of bubbles. It was very cool and the kids loved playing in it. Our neighbor Swen put on a huge firework show after this with donations from anyone who wanted to help out. It was possibly the best fireworks i've seen.

The next day we went to see Despicable me 2 and the kids loved it!

We had a crazy busy week and had so much fun.  We ended it with visiting grandma and grandpa Vincent and Cayman combing Grandpas hair. He looks beautimus!
