Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday started out bright and early for the kids. They were so excited to see what was left for them.

They were pretty happy  kids and then they wanted to go find their Easter Eggs.

The Bunny left eggs outside and all around the yard. It was fun to watch them find the hidden eggs.

They opened their eggs and ate chocolate for breakfast.

We had Conference that same day and we were able to watch 4 hours of the sessions. We started a puzzle and the kids worked on some fun conference packets.

Later that afternoon we went to Connies for Easter Dinner. We had a nice time and the kids were able to do a little Easter Craft.

Soon it was time for the Egg hunt. The kids went wild trying to find all the goodies that were on the hunt.

At the end the kids were given a bag of books to share for church on Sunday. It was fun. Thanks Connie for having a great Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. They loved it.

Spring Break

We started our Spring Break  by going to the Tracy Aviary on Monday with Alli and Carter and Lyla. We had a fun morning walking around and seeing the birds.

Cooper loved to climb on this huge tree trunk.
 This cutie was all smiles!

That night for Family Home Evening we dyed Easter Eggs.  I love this part of Easter and the fun.

The next day we went swimming with our friends at the rec center.

On Wednesday we went to the Treehouse museum with Alli, Carter, and Lyla and we had a great time exploring.
Curious George was the theme for this spring and they had a lot of cute things going on. It was fun to play.

AFter playing there we all went to eat the Prarie Schooner. The kids love it and we get to eat in the covered wagons.
We got home and the kids had a silly string fight.

Cooper was pretty wore out from all the suff we had done so he fell asleep on the way down to our friends in Lehi.  He is a stud in his glasses sleeping.

We went with our friends the Christiansens and had pizza and then went to Neptune Park.

The park is awesome and the kids loved it! We will need to go back.
That next morning the President of United States was traveling through our Neighborhood on our Legacy highway thats basically in our back yard.  I took the kids to the trail to see him drive by and it was an amazing sight. So many bikes, police and Motorcade.

 There he is, Obama...very cool.
That afternoon the kids made a few Easter decoration crafts.
We had our Neighborhood park egg hunt that I put on for the kids. Its so fun and we look forward to it every year.  Its nothing fancy, its simple and we love it.

We ran to the Planetarium after the hunt and saw the fun stuff in there. It was neat to see the different stations you could play at.

Cory took Cooper to a baseball game that the Utes were playing and he had a blast. Cooper caught a foul ball and was so happy.

On SAturday we headed to Lagoon and used our passes again. We rode lots of rides and the day was so nice. It was perfect weather.

We had a busy spring break but the kids had fun and we made more memories.
