Headed on Vacation!

The day after Thanksgiving we headed to Disneyland. We have been wanting snow but we never got any until we almost hit St. George.

We stopped at Dixie Rock and the kids got to climb around on the rocks.

We headed toVegas and walked the strip. We ate at a really yummy dinner that was on our triple D show with Guy.  We ate a macaroni cheeseburger and it was so good.

We went to a candy store and found a huge sucker!

We had to stop and get treats at Carlos Bakery. So yummy!

W stayed the night in Vegas and then we headed to California the next morning. Our first stop was lunch and then we hit up the beach1

That night we went to Downtown Disney and walked around.  It was a log day and then we headed to bed.

Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving and the month of November we made a thankful tree.  The kids write on leaves what they are thankful for and we add it to our tree. By the end of the month it was pretty full and we had some great things to be grateful for.

We went to Connies for Thanksgiving dinner and she made a tree for the kids to decorate. They had cupcakes and we did a craft.

We set  up our Christmas tree and got out our Chistmas decorations out. I love the looks of lights and holidays in our home.
Our elf Jingles returned and he made a snow angel for the kids when they got home from school.
The kids wrote their letters to Santa and we put them in the mail.

Our elf was up to no good one night and drew marker faces on the kids faces while they were  sleeping.

We went out to Gardner village while the kids were out of school to find the elves. They are pretty creepy but its fun to go find them.

We had fun making ourselves into elves.  We used a site called jibjab
