Christmas festivites

We had a night last week where we did a Polar Express night. We started by making our own little pizzas. The kids love making their own anything.

The doorbell rang and our Elf was holding 2 tickets to the Polar Express and 2 bells.
We made hot chocolate and popcorn for the kids to eat during the movie.
They got all comfy and we watched the Polar Express. It is really a great show. We had a fun night.
That Friday, Cayman had a school Christmas program. It was so good and she sang a few songs in French. I loved it.

That weekend my family came and we had a family party on Saturday. We had breakfast at Alli and Pauls and then opened gifts.
We made Gingerbread houses that afternoon and had a lot of Candy!

 Cory and Coopers house..

 My house...
 Mel and Caymans house..

That night we went to Temple square and walked around. It wasn't too cold but it was super busy.
 The whole family!
Afterwards we went to City creek to eat some dinner and then we headed home. It was a great day spent with the family. Thanks to everyone for the gifts.
That Sunday the 23rd was the Vincent family party.  There were little stations set up for the kids to do crafts and play games. It was a lot of fun.

Playing plinko. You get a ball on a star and win candy.

Throw a hula hoop over the set of balloons and win points.
Put the star on the manager blind folded.
 Make your own Christmas Tree.
 Dress Santa.
It was a fun night.  We went to Connies on the 24th for dinner and presents. The kids made their own manger scene and had fun doing that.

Gift time.. Cooper and Cayman got some fun stuff.  Thanks everyone for the great night!

We left Santa some cookies and milk and read our Christmas story and opened a gift of new jammies.
Here are the kid's stash of goodies!
Cooper only asked for a Bike so we made sure Santa got him one.
Cayman only asked for a purple Guitar so Santa was surely bringing her one.
Cooper wouldn't go to bed that night because every time he went to bed he got out saying he heard Santas bells and the Reindeer on the roof. It was a long night. Christmas morning, Cooper was the first one up and then he had to go wake up Cayman. They were excited to find that Santa found their house.

We had a lazy Christmas day and stayed in our jammies all day long. It was fun. Cooper has been dressing up in this Batman outfit.
Cayman loves her new canopy over her bed.
We had quite the snowstorm this week and the kids have loved playing in the snow. We made a snowman cave and then Cooper made it smooth so that his cars could go down the hill side.

We have had a great December. We have all been pretty sick this month but we are pushing through. December went by so fast and we look forward to a great New Year ahead of us with sickness behind us.
