Kids rooms

Hey everyone!
We finally got the rooms done! I am so excited. They look really cute. I painted the beadboard and chair rail on Thursday and then Cory and Gary put it up Tuesday. It took about 3 hours but it looks really great! Last night Cory asked Cayman if she liked her room and she hugged the beadboard! Such a cute little girl! I think she liked it!

We still need to find some pictures and accessories for the baby's room who's name we have chosen to be Cooper. His room looks pretty cute right now. We found some vinyl lettering and a cute baseball sign to put up. I am so excited for the baby to come.

This is a close up of the Baby Bedding we found and I bid on Ebay for! I can't believe I won and its a good thing because it saved us around 50 bucks! I Love to get a good deal.

I am almost 25 weeks along and feeling pretty darn great! I can't complain about anything really because I feel good. Lets hope it continues and I don't get swollen feet and sciatic nerve in my back again like last time. Baby Cooper is moving all the time and I love to feel him.

Cory now can feel him moving and it is fun to share that with someone else other than me! I can't wait to let Cayman start feeling the movements. It will be a couple more weeks I think because the movements are still pretty subtle on the outside.

Cayman is doing a lot better now with the baby coming. She is kissing my tummy and talks to the baby every so often. She loves to touch my belly too. It is cute.
I let Cayman play in my makeup the other day while I was getting ready and she just couldn't resist putting it all on her face.

She looked pretty scary to me, but in her eyes as she said " Look mommy, I am Princess Fiona." (off of Shrek).

I had to laugh and say how beautiful she was. What a little princess I have. She is always dancing and singing and pretending to be a Disney princess. She makes Cory or I be the prince, usually Prince Phillip off of Sleeping Beauty or Prince Eric off of Little Mermaid. What an imagination she has.
Cory has been traveling to St. George for his new territory plus he has Utah county. It is great that he has the opportunity to grow and get more business for his freight sales. It also means more bonus money. Who wouldn't love that? I will post more later when we have more news.

Disneyland Vacation!

We left for Disneyland on Wednesday morning at 6am. We packed up the car and drove for 11 hours to get to California! It was a pretty long drive but Cayman did really well. She was a little grumpy from time to time but we made some stops for breaks and I brought her some surprises to open to keep her entertained. The drive went well and we got to California around 4 pm and checked into our hotel. Then we were off to catch the shuttle to take us to the Happiest place on Earth! What fun!
We went and stood in line at Snow White and then did Peter Pan very first thing. Cayman loved it. She would say "Do it again?" right when the ride ended. We did Dumbo, the Carousel and the Teacups that night too.
I get sick if I do the teacups so I did not go on that ride. Cayman and Cory loved it! Cayman would spin the teacup so it was going as fast as it would go and lean back and just giggle with happiness. She loved the teacups.

It was probably her favorite next to the Winnie the Pooh ride. We stayed for around 5 hours that night and then got up really early to do the early morning admission. We got on the Nemo ride first thing because the line for that was crazy long the night before. It was pretty fun and Cayman loved seeing Nemo! We also saw Buzz lightyear.
We then went to the Matterhorn roller coaster. Cory thought that Cayman needed to do a roller coaster and since the height limit was 35 inches and Cayman was 37 inches, he said we were doing it! I hate roller coasters too, but I couldn't let a 2 year old go without her mommy. It was not fun for me and I don't think Cayman liked it that much either. Oh, well. She rode her first Roller coaster and Cory had fun.

We then went and stood in line at the Fantasy Faire to see the Princesses. Who knew that after waiting for over an hour, you would only get to meet 2 of the Princesses and have no idea which ones you were meeting. Luckily, we got to meet Aurora and Snow White which are Cayman's most favorite.

She got really shy and clung to me very tightly. It was very cute. We spent a very long day in Disneyland that day, over 12 hours and walked a ton.
It was nice and warm and we did lots of things. We went and stood in line at Pixie Hollow for over an hour again only to be disappointed when we met only 2 of the fairies, Rosetta
and luckily Tink was there!
Cayman was in heaven! Cory and Cayman did the teacups about 5 more times that day and we did Winnie the Pooh a couple times. We did Pirates of the Carribean, Tom Sawyers island,
and met Winnie the Pooh and Tigger.

We did It's a small world which was really cute and I loved it. I think Cayman liked all the rides and would ask to do it again. We went to Downtown Disney and Cayman got to pick out a toy and she picked out a Peter Pan toy set. She loves the movie and loves Pan and Wendy! She danced and sang to a guy playing the piano. The people around him would clap when a song finished and she thought they were clapping for her. The people thought she was so cute.

We went back to Disneyland and rode the teacups again and after much begging from Cayman to go with her and daddy, I finally gave in. I said I hope I don't get sick and Cayman rubbed my back and said its all right. No spinning. She was cute.
After a long day, she fell asleep and we went back to the hotel.
The next day we went to Toon town to meet MIckey and his friends. We played there and rode a couple rides.

We did the Teacups again and some other little rides and then went to California adventure. We went to Playhouse Disney live and Cayman loved to see the show. It is interactive and she was just so cute watching the Little Einsteins, Winnie the pooh and friends, Handy Manny and Mickey mouse. It was so fun.

We let her play in the water and then ride some more rides. After much fun, we went back to the Hotel and went to bed. We got up early the next morning to go to Newport beach and see the ocean. It was so fun and Newport beach is my favorite that I have been too. Cayman had much fun getting wet and sandy and loved to put the sand all over her body.
I should have put her in a swim suit so she wasn't just running around in a diaper, but I didn't think she would play in the cold water. She loved it. She didn't want to leave. They climbed up on the lifeguard tower and looked so official!

Cory rented a bike and him and Cayman rode down the pier and along the beach bike trail.
They had lots of fun. It was really nice weather and Cayman and I hated to leave the beach to head for home but our vacation was coming to an end. We got in the car and drove to St. George that night. We ate at Q 4-U and then Cayman and I went swimming, after that we got icecream and came back to go to bed. We got up and went to Whiterock in the National park to do some hiking.

Cory and Cayman were really good hikers and got up pretty high.
Being 5 months pregnant, I didn't want to risk falling and getting hurt so I stayed pretty low on the rocks and took pictures. Little did I know that I could get hurt by taking a picture. I stepped back and twisted my ankle on a teeny rock and fell down on my knees. I hurt my ankle a little bit and skinned up my right shin but I was okay. At least I didn't fall down a big rock hill! I did start crying because it did hurt and then Cayman started crying and so I tried to be tough and I told her mommy was okay. She kept saying It's alright, It's alright. She wouldn't let me out of her sight the rest of the hike and had to hold my hand the rest of the time.

My little protector. She is so sweet. We got done hiking and made our way back home. We had so much fun and can't wait to go again! Cayman was wiped out and had a good sleep on the way home! I have 3 videos because I couldn't fit all the pictures onto one. Look at all the fun we had!
