Disney Cruise days 3,,4 & 5

 Day 3 Key West:

We did a trolley tour of Key west so we could see the town while we were there. It was an interesting little town and Cory and I would like to go back. It was really warm and the people were so nice.
 Here is Ernest Heminways home.
At the southern most point. We were only about 90 miles away from Cuba.

Here is Route 1. Crazy that it starts there.
Lots of neat things to see.

Here is the Little White house where a few presidents would live during the winter months. Harry Truman was one of them.
Fun candy store that had huge boxes of candy!
 My poser.

We had a nice time in Key west and then we had to head back to the ship.

We found a bottle of Apple cider and 2 toy  Parrots on our table when we got back.
There was another fun night of dancing and singing on the deck.
Cooper always wanted to go back to the cabin so I would go with him and Cory and Cayman would party it up. They always ran into characters.

Cayman was at a amigo party and was dancing with Donald. She was in his conga line.

 Day 5:  Castaway Cay
This was Disneys Private Island and we were really excited to go here.
We got to see Olof from from Frozen and Cayman was so happy.
This is the fun water slides you get to swim to in the ocean.

Cooper just loved making sand castles and playing in the sand.

We rented a tube and played with it most of the day.

After our lunch, Cooper just took himself a little nap on the bench seat and slept for a little bit.
We rented some bikes and rode around the island. It was never ending. It was fun but Cooper got tired pretty fast.

 Corys favorite spot! The hammock!
This is the slide out in the ocean. You have to swim out to it and then you can choose 1 of 2 slides you want to go down. It goes pretty fast. Cooper was not tall enough to do the slides so we just watched.
Filling up on icecream and pineapple.

Our fun day came to an end. We headed back to our ship and had to see Olof again!
Stitch was waiting to welcome us back home.
A huge Christmas tree on the island.

The kids got to meet Hook and Smee!
Animators palate for dinner that night was awesome to see the room change from black and white to colors.

We saw alot more characters that evening.

Day 5:  Nassau Bahamas

We docked in Nassau and headed out for an adventure. We wandered around the city for a little bit and found a Burger King for breakfast. This town was really busy, dirty and full of unfriendly people. It was by far our least place to visit. We found an old fort named Fort Fincastle that Cooper really wanted to go to. We walked quite a ways and then found it.  It was pretty interesting to look at and Cooper loved the canons. We had to climb this huge staircase behind us to get up to the castle. It was quite steep.
From the castle we had a great view of Atlantis. I really wanted to go there but we just didn't have time.
An old awning on the grounds.

We found a sno cone shop on our walk back and had a refreshing treat. It was delicious!
We stopped at the ocean and let the kids play for a little bit.  It was kind of dirty and lots of crazy people around. A woman was trying to get tips in the bathroom for letting you use a public restroom. Weird.

I love how they are standing exactly the same.

We went to a pirate museum after the ocean and wandered around the place. It was very interesting and I learned  alot.
This pirate wanted to cut off Caymans Pony tail.  She was kind of scared..

We headed back to the boat and Cayman got her hair braided a little bit in the front. It cost us $15 for 5 small braids. What a rip off. Cory was so mad. But she loved it.
It was back to the boat after the long day to get some food and party! We got a few sunset pictures.

Trying on some really silly hats on the boat.
We met some more characters that night. Even Santa was on the boat. He was a skinny Santa and I didn't care for him much.
That night  The kids went to a pajama party with Pluto and so they were wearing jammies when we ran into a few of our friends.
