Happy Easter!!

We started off our Easter festivities with Cayman having a sleepover at Aunt Alli's on Friday night. We ate at Arctic Circle and then Cayman and Alli went to see Gnomeo and Juliet. They had goodies and fun and Cayman loves to sleepover. The next morning Alli met us at our house and then we went to the Woods Cross Elementary egg hunt. We have done this the last 3 years and we love it. First things first we get to visit the Easter Bunny. Say cheese!!

We then let the kids get an Easter tattoo

and then we headed outside for the egg hunt. The kids got a few eggs and then we went home to decorate Easter Eggs.

Thanks Alli for spending time with us!! I boiled a few eggs for the kids to paint and then they just wanted more and more so we used raw eggs. Needless to say we broke a few, but Cooper just loved it!! He was so happy. Cayman was just loving that she got to eat the couple of boiled eggs that cracked. She loves boiled eggs.

The final product.
We had a Papa Murphys Pizza for dinner and then we put the kids to bed. This is what the Easter bunny brought the kids. For Cayman: For Cooper:
They got outside toys and Coopers little power ATV is just so cute!! He immediately went right to it in the morning and his grin says everything! He was so happy!

He loves riding it and looks so small and precious on it. He gets pretty protective if Cayman tries to even touch it. Back off is what his face tells you. He loves it.

Cayman got a Sweet Pea Razor scooter and it will be good for her to grow with. Cooper also got this fun little big loader construction toy that I remember having growing up ions ago. I knew he would love it and he does. Its amazing how the truck changes into 3 different bodies to go around a track and load, dump and scoop. Pretty cool.
The kids looked for eggs through out the house and played with their stuff and ate lots of candy.

We had a great day at church and our lessons were really good. It was nice to sit and listen to the spirit and have a special reason why we are here today. Cooper even went to nursery with out any crying. He did great. After church we let the kids play outside with their new toys and enjoy the nice weather.

I made some goodies

and then we went to Grandma Connies for dinner and then the kids had an Easter toy hunt.

It was so fun for the kids to be able to play with their cousins. They don't see them near enough. It was a great day and we are so blessed to belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. We love our little family and are so thankful for everything in our lives.
